Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Guests will be notified of their exact pick-up time upon confirmation of booking.
    The pick-up service operates for all centrally located hotels in Dubai. If you will be staying in a hotel outside of the city or one where pick-ups are unavailable, you will be contacted with the closest hotel that is available for pick-up.

Restrictions

  • Guests with exhaustion are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • People 18 years old and above can participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • Tour schedule may be changed depending on weather, traffic conditions and other factors.
  • Before the actual ride, guests will undergo a quick lesson on how to operate the quad bike with the staff. Strap on your helmet and please follow their instructions to get the most fun out of the experience.
  • Guests should always be responsible in driving. If any dangerous actions that may cause danger or interference to other guests may result to an end of quad bike use and that there will be no refunds to be given.
  • Quad bikes may be dangerous and are not covered by insurance. The age limit is strictly observed.
  • Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your pick-up or the ship boarding time, the tour will operate without waiting.
  • Please avoid wearing jewelry and bringing other valuables during the tour, it is unlikely to find lost items in the desert.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price.

  • Large luggage (suitcase and big backpacks) are not allowed on the boat. Please leave it in your hotel or airport in advance.
